A qualified and experienced project professional, Averil has been delivering
projects in local government
and IT environments for more than 15 years. A combination of a technical background
and strong personal
skills has equipped Averil to define and implement transformation strategy programmes
as well as a range
of projects spanning business process redesign, business systems implementations
and programme
portfolio management. Averil has considerable experience of skills development
and coaching of project
personnel in Councils and personal philosophy of practical application of best
practice to achieve efficient
projects and programmes. |
